अतिप्रवृद्धं- Ati+Pravruddha= Excess+Increased
मलदोषजं- Mala+Dosha= Three malas - Mutra, Purisha and Sweda+ Three Doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha

शरीरिणां – in the body/ soul
स्थावरजङ्गमानाम् – among Plant origin or Animal Origin
यत्किञ्चिदाबाधकरं- Yat+Kinchit+Aabadha+karam= that+ a little+trouble/pain+doing
