शोफारोगाः= Inflammatory diseases

शोणितजाश्च= Blood diseases

रक्तमोक्षणशीलानां- रक्तमोक्षण= Blood letting + शीलानां= Among practitioners of

भवन्ति= There

कदाचन= ever

Meaning of the Shloka:

These following diseases will never be manifested in the persons who regularly undergo the blood letting-

1. Skin Diseases

2. Swellings

3. Inflammatory diseases

4. Blood diseases
