Meaning:
Wherever there is the movement of the abscess/pus is there and also where there is the slope/swelling (dependent part of the abscess) there the incisions (counter incisions/stabbing) has to be done till all the vitiated pus is drained off from the site.
Very good initiative.
Version of sushruta in form of shloka are written with lot of experiences. They are relevent time tested and true for ever and for all surgeon Ayueveda or Allopath who doing surgery regularly. They can only understood importance of these shlokas
